There are several places that can affect the sound on the video.


  1. The video needs to be unmuted

    You can unmute your video by right clicking on the video and clicking unmute.

  2. The browsers tab needs to be unmuted

    Right click on the tab on you browser and click unmute site

  3. The volume of your device needs to be turned up
  4. Your device need to be unmuted

  5. Your device needs speakers
