When a ticket is issued the issuer is asked if the person using the ticket has their own email address.


If they say yes then the ticket will be bound to that email address.


When you come to redeem the ticket your account should have the same email address as the email address the ticket is bound to.


If the person who issued the ticket has attached the wrong email address then they need to cancel the ticket and issue a new one to the correct email address.


Where you have two email addresses, your account must have the matching email address to the ticket that was issued.


If the ticket needs to be bound to your other email address then you will need to contact the person who issued your ticket so they can cancel the existing ticket and create a new one with the email address you wish to use.
